What to include
Tell us what happened and, where relevant, which Share Society group, provider plan or arrangement it relates to. If you are contacting us about the waitlist, write from the email address you used to sign up so we can locate the correct record.
Do not email us passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, provider login credentials or identity documents. We will not ask you to send those details by ordinary email.
Payments, refunds and access problems
If a live marketplace payment or access issue affects you, use the in-app problem/reporting flow where available because it preserves the arrangement state needed to investigate the issue. If you cannot access the app, email hello@sharesociety.app with the relevant Share Society reference or group details.
Do not assume a refund, host transfer or bank payout has completed merely because it has been requested. Share Society distinguishes requested, pending, earned, settled and paid states and will verify the relevant payment-provider state where necessary.
Privacy and account deletion
You can initiate ordinary account deletion inside the Share Society app. If a deletion step, provider cleanup or privacy request needs follow-up, email us and include the deletion reference shown by the app where available.
To leave the launch waitlist, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your waitlist record.
Common questions
Is Share Society available yet?
Share Society is launching in stages. The website and waitlist may be available before the live marketplace. Join the waitlist on the home page for launch updates.
Does Share Society work with every subscription?
No. Support is provider-, plan- and market-specific. Some compatible plans may be shown as Coming Soon while pricing, fulfilment or transaction support is still being prepared.
Is Share Society affiliated with the providers shown?
No affiliation, partnership or endorsement is implied unless Share Society explicitly says otherwise. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Where are the payment and refund rules?
